Lodging
The University Place Hotel and Conference Center is located on the IUPUI campus. The classroom for the course is within walking distance from the hotel via a series of enclosed pedestrian walkways. A special rate has been negotiated to aid in your planning:
$139 single occupancy (plus tax)
$159 double occupancy (plus tax)
These rates expire approximately one month before the class and are subject to availability. Please state you will attend Financial Analysis for Nonprofit Leaders course when making a reservation.

Parking*
For participants staying at the University Place Hotel & Conference Center, regular parking in the hotel’s underground garage is included in your course registration fee. Please note that valet parking is not covered.
For local participants or those staying off-site, your course registration fee includes parking in the North Street Parking Garage located at 819 West North Street. This garage is within walking distance of the classroom.
Payment Policy
Tuition payment is due at the time of registration. Registrations will not be processed without payment. Receipts will be issued upon request only. The Fund Raising School accepts VISA, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We do not accept Diners Club.
Attendance Policy
You have made a significant investment in time and money to attend this course. Each session is important and related to other sessions in the course. Travel arrangements and other appointments should be planned around the class schedule. Attendance is taken daily.
Each participant should bring a basic calculator and a current fiscal year budget with them to the course. Laptop computers are recommended, but not required.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
All cancellations must be in writing (may be sent via e-mail to ) and received at least two weeks prior to the start of the class. All cancellations will be charged an administrative fee of $275. Registrants who do not cancel the minimum two weeks in advance, or do not attend are liable for the entire fee. Please note we cannot hold a credit for any reason.
If you are unable to attend a course after registering, you have 2 options:
- Designate an alternate person to attend in your place (no fee)
- Receive a refund, minus the $275 administrative fee
