Michael McGuire
Associate Professor, Indiana University School of Public and Environmental Affairs
Dr. McGuire studies networks and collaboration in many fields, including emergency management, economic development, and education. He is co-author (with Robert Agranoff) of Collaborative Public Management: New Strategies for Local Governments, which was awarded the 2003 Louis Brownlow Best Book Award by the National Academy of Public Administration. Dr. McGuires research has been published extensively in public management journals. He holds a B.A. (magna cum laude) from the University of California, Irvine, and a Ph.D. from Indiana University.
