Valerie Keller

Chief Executive Officer, Outreach Center

Ms. Keller serves as CEO of a Louisiana-based housing developer that also operates behavioral health centers and workforce development programs. Appointed by Louisiana’s governor to the Housing and Economic Development Task Force and the Recovery Authority Housing Task Force, Ms. Keller has testified on nonprofit capacity and disaster response issues before U.S. House of Representatives and Senate committees. She chairs two state coalitions and serves on numerous boards and advisory councils.

A recipient of the Chase Bank “20 Under 40” award, the Change Agent Network’s Humanitarian of the Year award, and the “Women Who Mean Business” award, Ms. Keller did postgraduate work at Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government and is obtaining her Executive M.B.A. at the University of Oxford in the United Kingdom.
