Susan Jensen

Senior IA Program Specialist, FEMA Region V

Ms. Jensen has worked in disaster response and recovery for 18 years, first with the American Red Cross and then for FEMA. She has extensive experience in disaster donations management, which focuses on unsolicited goods, undesignated cash, and unaffiliated volunteers. She was also instrumental in the conception, development, and adoption of the National Donations Management Network (NDMN) in partnership with the Aidmatrix Foundation.
