Association of Fundraising Professionals - The Association of Fundraising Professionals represents 25,000 members in 163 chapters in the United States, Canada, and Mexico, working to advance philanthropy and the fundraising profession through advocacy, research, education, and certification programs. Nonprofit Good Practice Guide - The Dorothy A. Johnson Center for Philanthropy and Nonprofit Leadership of Grand Valley State University offers the Nonprofit Good Practice Guide, a free resource available on the web. Applicable to any nonprofit, the comprehensive guide is designed particularly for new nonprofit managers. Directed by Dr. Joel J. Orosz, the Guide captures and organizes good practices to assist nonprofits in improving their efficiency and effectiveness.

Funded by a grant from the W.K. Kellogg Foundation, the online guide is a learning tool that provides hands-on tips, articles and other resources.
