Indiana Achievement Awards Reception and Ceremony

  • At this ceremony a distinguished group of nonprofits and the recipient of the Indianapolis Business Journal's Michael A. Carroll Award for community service award will be honored as role models and as exemplary nonprofits and citizen, respectively.

The tenth annual Indiana Achievement Awards will be presented to:

    • Second Helpings, an Indianapolis-based community kitchen that rescues prepared and perishable food to feed the hungry, and that offers culinary training to disadvantaged adults
    • Mother Hubbard’s Cupboard, a Bloomington-based food pantry that provides healthful, wholesome foods to people in need, as well as nutrition and gardening education

Presented by the Center on Philanthropy and Johnson, Grossnickle and Associates, the Indiana Achievement Awards are made possible by grants from Lilly Endowment Inc., the Dekko Foundation, and the Nina Mason Pulliam Charitable Trust.

The awards are sponsored by The Indianapolis Foundation, BKD, the Christel DeHaan Family Foundation, Lumina Foundation for Education, the Richard M. Fairbanks Foundation, and Lincoln Financial Group.
