Dottie Rosso Scholarship Fund

Partial scholarships are available to participants employed by 501(c)(3) organizations with annual operating budgets of less than $1 million.

To apply for a scholarship, please submit the following material to the TFRS Registrar:

1. Course registration form
2. Letter describing why the scholarship will be important to your organization
3. Material documenting the organization's purpose
4. Operating budget or financial statement - we must have a copy of the operating budget from your nonprofit in order to assess your eligibility for the scholarship

Unfortunately, because of limited funds, we may not be able to assist everyone who applies. Please give the scholarship committee adequate time to review your application by applying well in advance of the selected course date.
