Designed for decision-makers and leaders, the 2015 conference explores the need to remove preconceptions, shift organizational culture, and addresses how individual fundraisers, whether a major gift officer or a vice-president of development, can shape a relational fundraising environment that cultivates women as donors.
The Lilly Family School of Philanthropy believes that bringing practitioners and scholars together to explore the “how, why, and what if” of philanthropy rather than the “how to,” is a way to improve practice and inform theory.
