Career Connections is the bridge between student and professional life. Graduates of the masters' degree programs at the Center on Philanthropy at Indiana University bring an understanding of the broader philanthropic context and practical skills as professionals to the growing nonprofit sector. Whether students pursue the MA in Philanthropic Studies degree or one of the various dual degrees offered, they are part of a new generation of informed and committed leaders who will truly impact society in the 21st century.
The Career Connections program provides a variety of informal learning experiences including workshops on how to prepare for life after graduate school; opportunities to meet with leading scholars and practitioners in the nonprofit sector; and sessions with the Board of Governors of the Center on Philanthropy.
Lists of web-based job and career sites are available to students through the Office of Student Services. The Center's extensive alumni roster provides fertile ground for mentoring and networking.
